Hi, I don't know if you are looking for any tips or not but in case you do I hope I can help even a little (if not just ignore my comment)! I like this drawing and you can definitely see a vision here. What helped me to understand colours was to break things down because learning colour theory can be tedious. When the light is warm (yellows, oranges, our sun, warm lamp etc.) the shadows tend to be cold and grayish and the other way around. Colours are all about contrast. For example when things are close they are clear and vibrant but far away they tend to be muted. You can make contrast with colours in different ways: dark w/ light, vibrant w/muted, warm w/ cold - my favourite way is to use complementary colours. The goal is to manipulate the colours to be kinda similar in the same picture but still take into account how different they are. In this picture the purpleish blue and yellow create a nice contrast but then there is also red and green, which are complementary colours and then there is brown too. It's a lot of colours. To improve the harmony here I would stick to yellow and blue for a start and make it this drawing's "thing". The thing is that you have this purpleish blue and this ocean blue colour in the flowers which don't match that well together. And the whole vibe is a bit too bright. To make it dramatic make the shadows DARK and the light/highlights BRIGHT. When I start colouring I think mentally that "ok, I have purple and yellow" and try to make everything match that. Making the greens and other colours a bit more closer to purple/yellow to match the vibe. For example the suit here is very white and bright and maybe steals the show from the beautiful yellow a bit. I'm not a professional so take this with a grain of salt but these things helped me to experiment with colour theory. Good luck with your journey!
