If the text is there but it couldn't find it, try other options like unchecking some options in the search box. Also make sure there are not extra spaces in the text you type in the Find text box.

quick question: I need to delete rows that have "NA" mentioned in any of the columns, but some might have a name that contain exactly those two alphabets, for example, "NANCY", but i don't wanna delete "NANCY", just "NA", what do I do?

Select the option 'Match entire cell contents' in the Find and Replace dialog, to find only 'NA' and not 'NANCY'. You need to select the entire range having multiple columns and then do as shown in the video.

Sorry, it is not possible using this technique. However, you can apply Advanced filter and copy visible rows to anywhere. If you are not sure how to do that, please let us know; we will try to create another video for that. Thanks!

I just tried, but sorry, it doesn't work in the browser version! You can find and select all the occurrences but as soon as you close the Find dialog box, it selects a single cell !
