So much thanks for the tips, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled Mario Volpstein , it's so much simpler and potent now!

1) Argan Oil 2) Rose Hip Oil 3) Coconut Oil 4) Jojoba Oil 5) Olive Oil (I'm allergic to this oil when used on my skin, however, I can cook with it.) 6) Avocado Oil 7) Almond Oil ("Youth Juice.) 8) Pomagranite Seed Oil 9) Marula Oil 10) Castor Oil was NOT mentioned in this video. I use it and it's amazing! I highly recommend it! Only buy castor oil in the dark glass bottle - - NOT plastic.

Before I get any further into your video, I must say, that you sound like someone hurt you very badly. You present yourself as an angry person chastising a group of young children, about something that they did , that you disapproved of. Lighten up young lady. Try to relax next time you post. And just in case you didn’t know, the items you mentioned in this stress related video, are things that most people are (already) aware of, since people have been storing food items long before your tender little self was even a thought in your parents minds.

After 5 days constipation- the castor oil really worked. But do consult your doctor.. I must admit I think it worked too well as I ended up with explosive diarrhoea

Adults should limit their consumption of cinnamon to about one teaspoon per day and children to about half a teaspoon per day to avoid the risk of liver damage. Ceylon-cinnamon is the better/best choice.
