@@AB84773, The fact of the matter is, whether you want to admit it or not, black people in the United States have MORE opportunity than whites. Due to 'Affirmative Action' laws, they have loosened expectations for admission into college and also federal financial help to pay for it!! They have 'Afirmative Action' giving them precedence in hiring too!! There are quotas that aren't being filled for black workers and other ethnic groups, and also females. When a job comes open, they HAVE to take the black person over the white person, no matter how much more the white person is prepared and experienced. That's a game changer and often, for some reason or another, blacks do not take advantage of this!?
