Pump location possibly a problem? Only saw <2mins in to hear the bad pump and it seems to be sitting quite high, instead of at lowest point. They push water lot easier than pulling/sucking it I believe. 7 years later but hopefully it helps someone.

It’s better to leave bolts in aluminum loose versus too tight. You can always tighten them if they start to leak. If you over tighten, you can strip the aluminum threads and then you’ll need a new head. Also, brake clean evaporates so no worries mixing with oils
