The clock sounds slow. Id either 1. Wind it up 2. Check for wear and grime 3. Take it to a clock shop for its every few years service (if your not already a clock doctor)

Wonderful wall clock. I have owned the very same one for over 20 years, across 6 moves. Two things here: 1/ There are 2 winding keys. One for the rewinding ( shaped like a "Model T" crank as the two weights are...heavy) and one for the chimes. This video is missing the main key. 2/ Always set the time by moving the minute hand...COUNTERCLOCKWISE. Otherwise, this clock is like...clockwork! Once every few months, I will need to re-adjust the time. All you need to do is to stop the "pendulum", move the adjusting screw at the bottom up or down and restart the pendulum. After 20 plus years with zero maintenance, this clock is within 2 seconds a day. Just amazing!

The music box needs some adjustments... It's supposed to stop when the tune's completely stopped. Simply take the music box mechanism out carefully, extremely slowly rotate the cylinder until the tune has completely finished and no comb teeth are under tension, and then put the music box back in again.

Watching that video maybe helping you . First hang the clocks straight on the wall, made it balanced. And hooks the pendulum, weight, and moving the pendulum.

When it started production* this is still made today it could have been made past 1985

This is a later version. You can tell because of the different sound of the chime rods, and there is a slightly different design on the pendulum.
