Hola, buenas tardes. Muchas gracias por tu información. Podrías decirme si tienes algún vídeo en el que explicas cómo cortas el papel en la CRICUT? Te estaría muy agradecida si compartieras esa información.🌹❤️

This is an interesting way to seal your paper beads, I'll tell you how I do mine, I get a bunch of toothpicks & those Styrofoam packs that have meat in them, from the grocery store. I wash them very well with warm soapy water & dry them. Then I put my just made beads on them with the toothpicks. Then I get out either my Mod Podge or my 1 quart of Super Gloss Acrylic floor wax from Lundmark & with a small brush I seal each bead, it dries & I do a 2nd coat. I've been using this acrylic floor wax for a few years now & I have never had any issues, but of course no one should wear paper beads in water.

Gina, I am so happy to have found and subscribed to your channel. I started junk journaling about 3 months ago and just can't stop. The issue is that I saw paper bead making and now am hooked on that also. My biggest issue was cutting the strips. I just couldn't figure it out. But NOW my friend has a Cricut!!!! YAY and she watched your video and knows exactly what to do. I do have a question though. Whilst I am a bit of an organizer, I can't figure out how to store my srtips. Do you have any suggestions? 🙂

Hi! I am happy to hear you found beads.! I store my strips in long ziplock bags. Amazon has them. Look at pretzel rod bags. Happy beading! I too am a junk journal junkie! My other page is called Nostalgia Narrative

@@BeyondBellieBeads you are so sweet to help me with the strips. My friend has cut me about 100 strips YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! I also went to Amazon and found the bags. At first I only saw 2x10" bags and thought they would be to short. Then I searched LARGE bags and found 3x 11" self sealing bags and I think that might better. Are those the ones you get? Thank you sooooooo much

Stumbled across your videos. Very nice method. I'm starting my paper bead journey again and wanting to perfect it. Something I will still be doing is, I would roll my beads on coffee straws and that gave stability inside the hole. Would make a string of beads on the straw and cut each one and just coat with mod podge, but I'm going to add this to my process. Thank you! The coffee straw has helped with not having to put divider on each bead.

The thing that frustrates me the most is cutting the strips! I hate this job.😔😔 I know most American crafters have invested in an electric machine that measures & cuts but here in Europe, they are too expensive.
@BeyondBellieBeads5 ай бұрын
I certainly can understand your frustration. That is why I started my business of selling strips. I had a lot of requests because that was the one part my customers disliked was the cutting of paper. I wish I can offer a better solution for you but perhaps doing it in increments of 30 strips per hour and rest? Enjoy your creativity and have fun!
@lzrd84606 ай бұрын
You DO know that all you have to do is go to a hardware store and buy these open-ended ‘cotter’ pins, right? Just glue them into a handle. I’ve used bamboo, empty pens, anything that I have around the house. What these ppl online are charging for these simple bead rollers is criminal! Crafting is suppose to be about using what you’ve got, hacking expensive tools and reusing things to keep them out of landfill!
@BeyondBellieBeads5 ай бұрын
Yes I agree! That is also why I found a way to sell Paper Bead rollers for only $5 . These are not my rollers in this video, i was helping promote another youtuber by using them. They are sturdy and my crafters can enjoy rolling without breaking the bank.
@lzrd84606 ай бұрын
I’ve never had any success using that clear glue. I prefer wood glue.
