When a young person take up a job that they can end up getting hurt or a risky job there should have persons / person more knowledgable about a way forward in under taking the task at hand to prevent any incidents of that nature. If the motorcycle is not license it shouldn't be on the road. There should be more traffic police on the road to make sure this drivers don't break the rules especially the speed limits on these roads.
