Dennis, I loved watching the video. The lobster fishers work very hard to bring us these delicious ocean creatures. Looks like a beautiful part of the world. I must visit one day.

Turn on the subs! New Brunswick is officially a bilingual province (French and English) - they understood each other but spoke in the language they were most comfortable in on camera. :)

Dennis, try making a prawn salad and putting it in a croissant. You must have that in Canada some form of croissants. cold water shrimp lemon. glass asparagus. mayonnaise salt and pepper. and some fresh dill. mixed it up. and open the croissant and put the filling in
