Odd that most people think of PEI when they think of lobster, but I have to say the lobster that comes out of the Bay of Fundy is sweeter and better.

Farmed salmon is over priced and not as good as wild salmon. I smoke a lot of salmon and only use wild Coho or Sockeye. I can't understand why people pay so much for an inferior product, which use to be considered poor man's food. It is pretty pathetic that sushi is more expensive in New Brunswick then in Ontario because of the price gouging.

I agree. It is the cold water. I always found Bay of Fundy lobster sweeter.

Never knew New Brunswick farmed oysters. I always thought PEI was the only province doing that.

Dennis, I loved watching the video. The lobster fishers work very hard to bring us these delicious ocean creatures. Looks like a beautiful part of the world. I must visit one day.

Do you understand what he is saying? What language is that haha it’s so absurd to see someone responding like that, like usually a conversation is between two people speaking the same language 😂😂

Turn on the subs! New Brunswick is officially a bilingual province (French and English) - they understood each other but spoke in the language they were most comfortable in on camera. :)

Farmed Atlantic salmon has never been my cup of tea. I'd rather buy frozen chinook; much tastier.

Dennis, try making a prawn salad and putting it in a croissant. You must have that in Canada some form of croissants. cold water shrimp lemon. glass asparagus. mayonnaise salt and pepper. and some fresh dill. mixed it up. and open the croissant and put the filling in
