Really appreciate the fingering chart! I performed a song in Thai for a recital on Sunday and accompanied myself after three weeks of practice on the khlui. (Video on my channel if you're curious!) This was the only fingering chart I could find online easily and it helped me figure out why some of my notes sounded a little off.

Hey! I just wanted to let you know that on the flute, you should have you thumb on the thumb key, your pointer on the first key, and then you skip a key to put your middle finger on the next. and then your pinky should hang off the side for your Ab key

The comments you heard are mainly related to BT audio not BTle midi. There are two different BT connection processes. One for audio and one for midi. iOS has the audio in the settings but you need various apps that have BTle midi options. Once you connect midi the other midi apps should work if you select the BT device.
@flukutronic2 ай бұрын
Agree. BT MIDI is perfectly usable.

The EWI Solo had the same power issue. A powered hub was the solution. I got rid of it and was using old iOS stuff. Don’t know if it is an issue with usb iOS stuff. I suspect the simulated vibrato works only with the internal sounds

Kann man für jedes einzelne Instrument (installiert) die Grifftabelle anlegen?
@flukutronic2 ай бұрын
No, the custom fingerings are "global" and work for any of the internal instruments as well as MIDI output

Thank you so much for sharing this nice music. I bought one clarii mini a week ago and haven't access to the midi sounds yet, because my laptop isn't working. I'm keen to get it fixed. Meanwhile I just listen to the build in loudspeaker. It is more easier to play the clarii than the normal recorder. I love it!

if it’s a new iPad with USB-C, get one of the regular MacBook Pro dongle that has power and USB and video - otherwise you can use the USB/power one if you’re still on lightning - one thing that I do miss however is that you don’t have any control over midi cc for the accelerometer for yaw or rotation like you do with WARBL 2
@fgerv2 ай бұрын
@@cjadams7434 If one has the iPhone 15 you can sit it on a wireless charger
@cjadams74342 ай бұрын
I’m assuming with the V1 WARBL you can assign things to the IMU accelerometer..now.. roll and tilt and pan..
@flukutronic2 ай бұрын
Well, the V1 WARBL had no accelerometer, but the V2 does. Yes, you can assign what MIDI controllers are sent for each dimension and depending on the synth app, you can configure what those do in the app

Is there a top thumb hole opposite the 3 top holes and a lower one opposite the 3 lower holes? I noticed they have two sized bores. What is the difference between them? Thanks so much for your video
@flukutronic2 ай бұрын
Thanks for the question! yes, the top thumb hole is between the top two holes and the lower thumb hole is even with the 2nd hole. I didn't know about the two bore sizes. Typically a larger bore size would be louder overall, have a more stable low end, and require more air - but that's just "in general" - I have no knowledge of these two particular designs..
