I just picked one up on clearance at lowes for under $600. Going to try it on my hill and see how it does. I am hoping it controls itself when going down slope as it weights 270lb.

How do u like it after another year?
@chrisgray482211 ай бұрын
this thing is a tank, I absolutely love the belt driven blades. Ran ethanol free fuel to finish up last season, then ran it out of gas before putting it away. This year all I did was fill it up, push the primer bulb, and it started on the first pull.

Anyone have issues pushing this mower when not running? Just got one today and it acts like the transmission is engaged at all times and many times when you push from a standing stop it acts like a rider that hasn't had the freewheel lever engaged. You have to walk backward to get it moving forward again.

Since 2009 have owned a 21 in 190 cc craftsman, rear wheel drive, still running as good as when I purchased it,.....just began using 89 octane gasoline and can see more power. The M430 or M410 are my next mower.

How big is your yard? Was thinking of getting this mower but not sure if it’s big enough (I have about 3/4 of a acre) with a big hill on one side. I’ve been using a 30” riding mower, but I’m riding and not walking and the “big hill” gets kinda hairy sometimes on the riding mower lol! Good review on the mower btw

I've never ran a big Craftsman push mower deck before it's self propelled it's nice it's like a riding lawnmower but even better than a push mower

Fold handle straight up, tilt mower all the way back onto bracket, easy scrape clean.

Got ours about a month ago. It is great. Nice mulcher too. I have 45 degree slopes , lock the front caster wheels , off camber cuts are no problem. Gotta clean underneath every time. Gonna tinker with a way to make holding the blade engaging lever and full speed self propel handle so it fatigues my hands less! Rope loop or something...

Im still buying my toro time master. My last Crapsman didnt last 3 months. I have 2 toros a 21 inch super recycler and a 22 inch recyler and they absoluley have no issues going up hills. I dont like caster wheels on push mowers, i had a cubcudet push with casters and bent easy if you accidently ran into stuff like fences. I absolutly love the personal pace system on these toros which the 30 inch time master has, not only that they're easy to work on. Craftsman absolutely pissed me off with their warranty and ran me in circles trying to get my mower in for repairs and when they did get it in they had it in for nearly 3 months and still didn't get it fixed right, in fact it had more issues that didn't exist after I got it back. After trying to hammer down on Craftsman and Briggs over the warranty and the crap I've been through I had it and filed a lemon law suit against them which I'm still waiting for a settlement.

Craftsman? What is this? 1970? 😂😂😂😂 Get a Toro! Please don’t do another video on striping! Also: does Toro know about the patent infringement this mower has on personal pace? It’s a craftsman: lawsuit in your hands!
