To clarify does it take 2 to 3 months to move from one belt to another from white till blue or does it take that ammount of time to get from white to blue ?

@1DemonicBebeGringo Thank you for you comment, what you are looking at is a flow drill, all the locks would not be used at once, and of course the over hand right would be taken in to consideration when escaping and trying to apply a wrist lock. there is a time and place for everything.
