Well...You can self treat... There is an inexpensive antimicrobial insole called PodoPhylus. It has worked great to prevent foot infections. E..T..S..Y. has it...Just in case you know someone who needs it... No infection, no amputation...

A really excellent video and well spoken Sue with clear information. I've had type 2 for about 25 years and thankfully managing OK but after seeing this video I now have a much better (in depth) idea of the tests and will now do them at home - for peace of mind. Thank you so much. Much appreciated, regards 76 year old .

No FDA testing for safety or effectiveness involved in ECT or electroshock. There is a current national product liability suit taking place around the untested devices that the CA courts have proved brain injuries at a minimum. Dr. Bennet Omalu famous for findings of CTE in the NFL is now on record stating the same outcomes anticipated in ECT patients given the repeated brain injuries from electrical trauma. This trauma can evolve years out in damages such as ALS, CTE, and ongoing cardiac issues. There is also a significant increase in suicide following this procedure. See site ectjustice.com on youtube look up site called Life After ECT. also endofshock.com and ect.org. This is brain injury passed off as mental health treatments. Billions involved annually. No longer a last resort nor just for depression. Consent is fallible and we are working to bring additional types of suits around this issue. Contact the DK law group in CA if you have had ECT. Please have discussions about this hidden issue on public social to make this situation clear to the general public who is at risk. Covid and mental health distress secondary will put people at risk for having this procedure offered if they are in distress. This is a video to assist those that have had ECT: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bXPEiHp5rNOrgsk

The main objective of IAPT services is to meet targets. It's quantity over quality. PWP's (some with psychology degrees and a Post Grad Certificate) are still viewed as low skilled and as such are put under enormous pressure to meet unrealistic targets. It's disgraceful that nurses, social workers and OT's walk into the High Intensity CBT Roles having shown no interest in psychology until IAPT came along. It should be the case that individuals who have always wanted to work in psychology should be in these positions working toward a professional qualification.

For studentz who want the answers; 1. CONNECT - With those around you. 2. BE ACTIVE - In a way that suits you and that you enjoy. 3. TAKE NOTICE - Be mindful of your surroundings. 4. KEEP LEARNING - New skills and developing myself. 5. GIVE - What I can whether it is my time or a random act of kindness.

Thanks for sharing this. Great to see Northants doing good work around ADHD and using social media to talk about it. I'd love it if Trust's in Warwickshire would take a leaf out of your book. Help for adults with ADHD is non-existent if you've had a diagnosis already, even if that was in childhood and you're getting no treatment or support.
