What if you have numerous stucco cracks around all sides of you home. I counted twenty the other day, yet every time I go out and look, I see even a couple more I missed. I currently am in a class action lawsuit concerning these numerous cracks.

There are some misunderstandings about grounding I suggest you take a look at Mike Holts KZbin video on this subject. You need to distinguish between system and equipment grounding and take a deeper look at the NEC 2020.

You forgot the cons part. You should never include these in a mortgage.
