Ciao Annette, I think this home is a very nice all-around package, and it's already nicely setup so I hope it comes with all the furnishings too. Hey Federico just needs to over emphasize the word "this" in "Now THIS is a kitchen!" and then he will have it perfected, and he can use the phrase for anything, as in "Now THIS is a view!" Saw your cool new kitchen channel and its cheeky intro video, and I look forward to what you and Leo cook up for us. Cheers

Hi. I noticed you said the freestanding houses are from the 80’s or 50’s. They don’t have older ones? If I’m looking for an old farmhouse (1800-1930) in the states with a few acres what would that be called in Italia? From what I’ve seen everyone lives right by each other (even in villages) or u have to buy a big villa. There’s no in between that’s old?

Hi, Annette, This may be old news by now, but I had seen this house on another channel; it’s actually two side-by-side apartments sold together as one big property. A little on the pricey side though. About 6 million Euros. “Sheesh…” take care, we love your stuff.
