good thing here though! almost all of these creatures have no humanity and are not sentient! apart from those sheets of flesh, the ones that recycle literal shit. they're concious, they're aware of what their purpose is.

Folks call this creepy, horrific, scary, disgusting, disturbing. I call boring. I understand the concept and what the author tried to do with this story. But sometimes the story/lore got downright weird.so weird and strange it kinda just ruined the book

@@Bgh583 I think it's exactly this that's getting changed in All tomorrows redux, the star people section alone is incredibly long, and it goes in detail with multiple species of the Qu and it's hierarchy, and hopefully the Qu/Star people war

That’s a spacer, when the Qu arrived they fled into asteroids and gained that appearance eventually evolving into asteromorphs
