I was considering relocating to Evans, Ga from Florida, until i saw a couple of videos that stated that someone would have to get used to flying roaches and snakes if they moved there😵‍💫 I didn't know flying roaches still existed Lol...But i would have to say that was a deal breaker for me. 🤦‍♀️

Lol I wish I could say it wasn't true 😅 Thankfully I really don’t see them too often!

@@Kristin_Helmus I'm from Florida, so I'm used to bugs. But I just can't stomach roaches that fly😵‍💫 Those things made my childhood a living hell 😫 But luckily, they just kinda disappeared by the time I became about 19yrs old😁 I haven't seen a frying roach in over 30yrs. I truly believed they had become extinct until now, watching a few videos on Evans, Ga😟 I was so devastated Lol...Oh well, back to the drawing board 🤦‍♀️

It's called Graniteville, S.C. not called Granite Hill. I have lived in this area since the very early 60's. I graduated from Aiken Senior High in 1966

Hello, this video is a tour of a subdivision in Augusta called Granite Hill. It does sound similar to the town Graniteville, SC, but they are 2 different places. It's nice to hear from a local 🙂

You're right, although some people don't mind, this is especially common in newer neighborhoods. Thankfully there are other options with more space! I'm happy to go over those options with you 😊

Great tour! Whispering pines is a really nice neighborhood, quiet and secluded. It is one of the farthest to Ft Eissenhower (Gordon) at about 45 min-1 hour on a typical, school season morning commute. It doesn't help that its main access, William Few Parkway, is a 2-lane road. On its newest section (12:13), they have homes with finished basements available. Thanks for the tour!
