The wattage designation is silly. Just because you have more than 750W doesn't mean you're going to be tearing around on public roads at 50MPH. That's like saying if you have a 1000HP car you can't drive it on public roads because it has the potential to go 200MPH.

The faster tire wear in conserve mode comes from only using the front tires (instead of all 4), not the ride hight. As long as you use Conserve mode on straight freeways, you should be OK. Put it back in all purse in the city and get your tires rotate every 7-10k miles and you should be just fine.

in CA you can register it as a custom build, the DMV will give you a VIN then you take it to a trophy shop and have a vin plate made. it needs to be permanantly attach to the bike (rivets) take picture and send to the DMV.

Thank God, I live in Miami and literally have spoken to multiple cops about this and every single one of them. I said you’re fine to just ride it on the roads but also in Miami they allow you to ride dirt bikes and other vehicles on the road, even though it is an enforceable law, but they’re not going to try to enforce it Due to the fact that one you can put many people in the city at danger too. It’s next to impossible to catch them in a city three they also don’t really care because very few people get hurt riding it so it’s about equivalent to the E bike crashes but that’s not to say all of Florida is like the suburb area since there’s not much to do cops will definitely mess with you. My advice is anyone who lives in a police state moved to a different place cause it’s 120 pound bike you hit a car. The only person that’s getting hurt. Is you an under federal law? Guess these are still considered E bikes they’re considered class four so even though California has its own laws that does not makethe Serron to lawyers and other Emoto not classified as E bikes.
