Had a nice talk with my dad tonight, talked about life and what he and I did when I was a kid and how now 30 or so years later, my kids and I do the same stuff..at the end of the conversation he said "you know I'm proud of you right, I wish I could've been half the dad you are today".. that'll stay with me forever.
