Hi, After my recent track repairs and straining my back, I dont envy you making alterations to your track unless they are within easy reach. Its quite satisfying when finished though and having extra sidings etc. Cheers, Paul.👍👍🙏

Still locos stop randomly S. Just shows how much attention track cleaning needs. Never ending battle with track in awkward places ie through tunnels. Take great care out in Ukraine 🇺🇦 mate. Hope You & M are well. ATB mate, cheers Kevin 🙋🏻‍♂️👍🤝

Great to see 2 locos & coaches running around layout without problems mate. With getting my layout room sorted I've been going throu my Black Hole of Boxes & come across 2 loco packs & 1 diesel loco I picked up from East Germany (before the Wall came down in Berlin). When I've got time (as at this time I'm very busy trying to do my layout) I will do a video on these. Hope you & M are taking great care. ATB & happy modelling S. Cheers Kevin 🧏‍♂️🤝👍🛠

Hi S nice to see your loco & coaches running around layout with no problems. Thanks for the mention. Im trying to get my baseboards done. Got 2 joined together. Not so easy when i have to move so many boxes to get free space. Also emptying 2built in wardrobes to accommodate more tracks. Cheers mate, ATB Kevin 🧏‍♂️🤝👍🛠

Nice update! The little crane is a real classic. Originally it came with a brown flat wagon, later Märklin started to produce colour variants. However I think your version came originally with the brown wagon. Mind, the original wagon had slightly longer axles on the wheelsets, so it might be better to get the slightly newer version that is better compatible with newer type wheelsets. However, I think the older one might be compatible with Hornby wheelsets! Interesting to hear you have Umbum too!

Thanks for the comment, I have altered the wheels to be comparable with two rail system, so the wheels are not a problem.

Cheers S, great to see your layout again. The new track looks awesome, the concrete sleepers look better than the old wooden ones. Long lasting as well. Thanks mate, I don't know what the new loco is going to be used for as yet, I looked on Amazon for some dill bits to finish the carriage wheel convention and was surprised they won't ship them here, So I will have to keep looking. The Spanish are celebrating the football win in your coach. They're having a disco party with the strobe lights 😂 That's the problem taking power off the tracks with DC as you know it's not constant like DCC. Hope you Sus the coupling problem. Not a great fan of those Euro style coupling. They can't be connected by contact alone, not like hook or magnetic or knuckle couplings. Hope you & M are keeping safe & well mate. ATB Kevin 🕺💡💃

A very interesting technique. Heat shrink insulation is great stuff, I use it to make all sorts of things, from buffers to headlamp sorrounds.

Interesting wagon set I'd leave it the way it is as it was an exclusive Insiders model. Get DC wheels of course plus since the Channel tunnel exists it could have ended up traveling through there.
