How many power that can be stored when the battery is fully charged and the battery can supply power for how many days before using backup generator or no sunshine for days

What size generator did you go with?

I'd like to see an available, relatively high capacity battery (10kWh +/-), w/bms, charge controller (and 5kW, or better, inverter would be nice) and did I mention available outside CA, and one that mere mortals can save up and buy. The Powerwall 2.0 would be a very nice option, except for that availability part. Powerwalls weren't available in AL last time I checked.
