What's the deal with the 3 or 4 places on this recording where the sound just cuts out like at @ 9:55? Every version I can find on utube of this vid seems to have these "skips" that are very distracting while one is meditating.

I did this meditation a couple years ago! a few times, i think. Guess what? it did not help me forgive. In fact, I have realized that thanks to this meditation, I was taking powerful energy and directing hate towards the people I was angry with. It doesn't matter that later on you attempt to forgive them after sending them negative energy. It's like putting a curse on them, with using crystals and a guide, (who is this guide? a demon?) anyway, I used to be a huge Louise Hay fan and read her book "you can heal your life" but she is a false teacher, saying evil does not actually exist blah blah I can't believe I actually entertained that idea. I was trying to heal my life using these meditations and Louise Hay's techniques, but something felt very off. Long story short, Jesus Christ helped me and my life is so much better by praying to God! and Lousie Hay subtly says you don't need a savior, you are your own savior, just talk to the mirror about how much you adore yourself blah blah. It's shit.
