You need a new cam follower. That’s the plastic piece that goes on the blade that moves. When that wears out it makes it loud.

I don’t think they sell replacement parts unfortunately. Go on eBay and search “ clipper cam follower” and see which one looks like the one you have. That’s your best bet

@@drayvoyahjmusic9354 idk if the views would go crazy lol but it’s a very divine repair. No the blade doesn’t come with the can follower. You’ll have to order it separately on eBay by itself. There’s nothing doing with the blade you just need the new can follower because the plastic warped which created a bigger gap. That’s where the noise is coming from. If you just take the blade off then the cam follower will come off with the bottom blade.

They run for $700 on eBay last I checked

I haven’t used them too much honestly. I will say I didn’t like how they struggled to cut hair sometime. Like you can literally see the hair not cut but cut if that makes sense. I had to keep spraying the blade. I was going to swap the blade and see if that made a difference. I never did get to doing that though.

I haven’t had any issues with the XO clipper though and I’ve yet to get the Play Clipper
