Bro I faced the same problem. Earlier I used to get good acceleration ini SmartEco but now it went to the drain. Ignore all these clowns who are saying thats its how it works they know nothing about this problem. I solved this problem by getting the belt tensioning checked. My belt has become loose and thats why motor was consuming more power since more power was being taken the acceleration is being restricted to 25kmph within a short time. Once I got the belt tensioning adjusted the scooter performance is back to its normal self. Please try it and let me know if it solved this problem for you.

Same issue, abhi abhi liya hai. Bluetooth chhodo, app se connect hi nahi ho raha. Pro pack to de dete hai par Ather connect kam nahi karta inka.
