What id the point of this govee music sync box when most govee led strips you can do this through the app (music mode) what exactly is the difference?

This is what we've waited nine years for... a feature that is slower, more complicated, and far more stressful than just walking to your car? Apparently, it has caused a lot of minor crashes since they rolled it out. Another overpromise/underdeliver from Musk.

not very far, I think it's just a bit further than where he originally pulled it out in the video. (Unless you are doing it in the empty parking lot, it's usually faster you walking to the car.)

@@woogi888 right its faster when you are walking but the point of this feature is when you have heavy bags on your hand and you cant walk to your car, it just comes to you

Instead of a track there should be a car wash where the entre car sits on a conveyer belt like those people mover walkways at an airport. There's a carwash near me that puts the car on the track like that but then you pull around for them to dry your car etc. and the car is being pulled along on a conveyer belt. The first time I went there I had the same trouble as you with my Model Y because to put the car in neutral is sort of delicate to do between drive and reverse. Since I can't find a touchless car wash in my arear near me and I don't always get out there to clean it myself or have a lot of time, now what I do is vacuum and clean the interior of the car, remove the hub caps and take it to the gas station carwash down the street. There you just pull the car in and park it and the rotating brushes go around the car just like at a regular car wash. Then you pull forward really slow to let the blower blow the water off. At the end of that I park in the parking lot and just wipe the car down and dry off any water from the exterior and door jams. Also, prior to driving into the carwash bay I take a moment to spray on wheel cleaner/brake dust remover. In the end I have my caddy of towels, glass cleaner, all purpose cleaner to get some missed areas and some tire shine. Another thing that helps is getting PPF. I have my front fender, hood, lights, side quarter panels, the pillar frame that comes up over the front and back windows and the backs of the mirror wrapped in clear PPF. I had it done long ago. I may at some point see about getting the rest of the car done. If you can get it done, get the whole car PPF wrapped. It makes washing the car super easy..

No matter how much I practiced going into neutral, I always seemed to mess it up at the car wash. I also learned the hard way to NEVER EVER use a touch car wash on a darker color Tesla. The clear coat is way too soft and all you'll see in sunlight is swirl marks. I only go to stationary "no touch" car washes on my new 24 Model Y in Ultra Red. I do manual touch up with wet soft cloth on areas the spray wash didn't clean; it's far more effective and less invasive than the auto touch car washes. As you probably know, the St. George, UT area has some really hard water and water spots are almost impossible to get off if you let the car dry without removing them.

Vehicles are are just another expense. Pay or walk. Take the bus. I'd rather buy the 3 yr old lease return for $28k. Pay back myself with interest, sell the car at 80k miles. Get another 3 year old car every 5years
@AustinF51623 күн бұрын
Assuming this is a 10K miles a year lease. With 30K miles on it in years tjat model Y might be worth 22k. That buyout number of 28K is a rip off.
@JMARTs_Oasis23 күн бұрын
This is why I love this lease-it’s so flexible! With the recent drop in EV values, it’s reassuring to know that if you end up upside down on it, you can simply turn it in. I just picked it up for the weekend, and it’s perfect for situations like this.

So you want a cordless vacuum because you do not want to buy those bloody bags again to throw away and then ...... 😂😂🤣🤣👎👎👎👎
@JMARTs_OasisАй бұрын
I chose this vacuum because it’s cordless, not because it’s bagless. The real reason I went for a cordless vacuum with a bag is that it helps a lot with allergies-it doesn’t kick up dust and does an excellent job of keeping everything clean. That said, the convenience of it being cordless is a game-changer for me. Still, I’m just holding out for the Tesla Bot to take over-imagine it vacuuming and organizing my house while I sip coffee! By then, I probably won’t even care if the vacuum has a cord or not.

@JMARTs_OasisАй бұрын
This 100-inch TV has about the same dimming zones as my 65-inch. After watching moving content, I barely notice the difference. If comparing to my camera phone footage, it’s not a good comparison. My phone just does not do it justice. I don’t regret buying it. I considered spending an extra thousand dollars for more zones, but I don’t think so. I have $1000 to upgrade other things. Don’t regret buying this TV.

On the website for V2 it says it cannot be spliced, and if you want a longer variant you have to select from the models available

Yes, unfortunately you have to buy the right size kit! I bought the single version. Next year I might look at some the larger kits. Especially now that they enhanced some of the light show features! Govee is definitely leveling up with their software, but you have to be running version to to get these updates

Dude great video I have two of the older ones that I've never hooked up and I'm trying to think of the best way to do this... I have an arcade in my basement with about 50 games and I would love to make the ceiling but dimensions of three of the originals or at least two link them together and have kind of a light show on the ceiling while the games are playing down below I've got a drop ceiling with like I don't know 12x12 maybe bigger translucent panels but would love to somehow make what you made and then mount it in the ceiling as the ceiling and then have a great light show but not sure if having it hang flat and horizontal would work I mean it should what do you think?
@JMARTs_OasisАй бұрын
I rely on gravity to let them hang and don’t secure them at the bottom. I think you just need to secure both ends of each strand. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work-it sounds like a great idea!
@retropugАй бұрын
@JMARTs_Oasis yeah I don't see why that wouldn't work definitely securing them and making them kind of taunt and evenly dispersed I think it'd be a cool effect.

@@JMARTs_Oasis best value for the money out there, pther bramds are 2 inches smaller and more expensive. Also in that price range dont have local dimming and are not 144hz refresh rate. If you want 100 inches hisense is the only one with a true 100 inch tv. Lg 98 inch cost 600 dollars more and has no local dimming and its not even a qled. I think its a amazing value, probably the nest tv deal right now period. The picture quality is the best i have had. Beats out my 75 inch vizio p aeries which was vizios top tier tv with 120 local dimming zones and qled color. Brightness likely hits higher than 800 nits also.
