He's a fair, no nonsense Judge. Whatever sentence she gets, you know she will be appealing, saying its unfair, unconstitutional, human rights, blah, blah, blah. Believe me when I say, we have not heard the last from Sarah (not intentional) Goone! RIP Jorge 😢

I trust this Judge I think he is going to look at all sides and he will also realise that Sarah has a serious personality disorder, <( Anti social personality disorder ) and NPD is a danger to society . It was her narcissistic tendancies that was her downfall. I am not from the U.S but I follow trials and I've seen many but this one was very interesting and also like a car crash you cannot stop looking at. I'm looking forward to his decision. There are a few amazing judges that I admire I can't their names but the judge who resided over the Alex Murdoch trial and also that very tragic case where the disabled child was left in a hot car. Can't wait to see what is going to happen to Boone from over here.

I admire a lot of Judges but I do think that Judge Kraynick is one of the smartest, competent, thorough, compassionate and efficient Judges I have watched. He has read all of Sarah's letters and documents and I believe because he is a father and a Judge who has worked with family law he realizes that Sarah would be likely to abuse her son if she gets out by demanding that Lucas take care of her just like she has spent years demanding ex-husband Brian take care of her for years after their divorce while she was with Jorge. Sarah also seems to love being in court so God only knows if she would think twice about abusing or killing someone else if she gets out of prison. In Sarah's strange mind she probably would want a second chance to manipulate courts, lawyers and judges.

Kraynick won't give Sarah life but not the min 22.5 years either. Her first felony conviction but absolutely no remorse will likely yield a 30-40 tear sentence. She will also lose on appeal.

Thanks for sharing this, I didn’t know about Kraynick’s extensive experience with DV cases, I think he’ll see through SB’s bullshit and hand down an appropriately hefty sentence, she also disrespected the hell out of him and all those attorneys. Can’t wait for Dec. 2!

Without question, Sarah Boone is definitely on the Top Five list of worst defendants ever. Speaking of Sarah’s letter writing.’ She wrote Judge Kraynick advising him he was not doing his job properly. And she wrote another letter asking him what his cut is $$ for allowing her information to be available to the world via internet.

I've got nothing against judge Kraynick and I, in fact, believe that he will be fair and just in Sarah's sentencing. However, Kraynick and the 1st judge in her case (judge Wayne Wooten ) should've NEVER allowed the Sarah Boone Suitcase Circus show to go on for as many years as it did. Nor should they have allowed her so many opportunities at different attorneys. That only fueled her "you better accept my expired coupon or I will continue to hold up this entire checkout line" behavior. Yes, I understand and appreciate that Covid came and went, and that they were,ml more importantly, trying to cover their legal arses by avoiding any chance of her being victorious at a future appeal. Therefore, two ,three, even four chances at a public defender gets a pass. But allowing NINE lawyers to take Sarah's entitled casting calls is beyond ABSURD and wildly enabling. Many judges would not have participated in her making such a mockery of the court and the entire system, rightfully so. I'm SO glad the jury handed down such a harsh lesson that she'll spend the next coming decades uncomfortably learning. And why does it sound like chickena clucking in the audio?

I hope Judge Kraynick doesn't give Sarah Boone another trial, unless it is 1st degree murder this time. She is a danger to society & a "killa". I worry about Brian & his son being safe. His Honor Kraynick handled a crackpot lawyer like Owens & Suitcase Sarah in a fair & no nonsense manner. He is excellent!

He will be fair but she most obviously to anyone who isn’t delusional like Sarah and her lawyer who wants to blame the family’s reaction in his motion for a new trial which is despicable and I have no respect for Owens and he had other reasons and he should have left that one off cause their sorrow has no bearing on the jury coming to the conclusion of the evidence. Emotions are not part of their deliberations and they are told what not to take into account. But Sarah has less than no chance to sweet talk judge Kraynick. I have a lot of respect for him

I'm really surprised to find out that he's been a judge for so little time yet. Obviously this was a while ago, but it's still only been a few years. He's been absolutely brilliant, and I would have guessed that he had far more experience on the bench. I hope they keep him there for a long time. I'm very curious how he ended up with a murder trial, if he's been mostly in family court, though. I guess he must have switched to felony court sometime after this election took place, but that's a mildly unusual jump. Guess they saw how good he was. I'm delighted he ended up where he was, both because he was perfect for this case and because he showed how good a judge he is in general. I'm just a little intrigued at what's not a typical career path in the judiciary.

Judge Michael Kraynick was so patient during this whole process. He knows case law inside and out. I would vote for him EVERY time if I lived in Florida. He’s inspiring, & was my favorite player in this cast of characters. Mr. Jay being my second choice. My guess would be 30 years to life. No possibility of parole until 30 FULL years served. I can’t wait to see Sarah Boone’s face when her sentence is handed down. She’s an absolute idiot for passing that plea deal. If she wanted to really be with her son, she’d have taken it.
