I have fond memories of the 67 bird. I was 13 when my brother bought his. 400 with a 1150 dual line holly. A 4 speed that would give you whiplash. Our neighbor got a comaro same time with a weak azz 307 auto.lol. tach on da hood and a big shinnt chrome nose. Man so cool

I've always loved this car...wish I was wealthy, 'cause I sure would buy it! What a beauty she is and I like the way the top hides away in the trunk. Ford also used that same top on their four-passenger ThunderBirds! Always gave those cars such a sleek look. Thank you for uploading and sharing this fabulous automobile!!

I loved the smoothness of the dynaflow transmission. My first car was a 1953 Buick special. The last of the straight eights.

I ordered my 73 in may the dealer said it might not get built because of strikes. Wanted me to wait till 74 model. I said no way , got it in August. Glad I did don't care for front or rear look, can't believe it was 50 year's ago this month . Still have it, blue black stripes.
