As a Crows fan you need to let Phil Walsh go. It’s no longer his team and they don’t play like he wanted or made the team play. Guys like David Mackay and Douglas wouldn’t even be Crows anymore. Phil wasn’t going to skip any steps making the perfect team. He was going to play young guys and develop players weaknesses into strengths even if it meant losing an extra game or 2. Look at Jenkins, the best season he had as a “Big Forward” was under Walsh, not hitting the score board by cherry picking but having to crash packs and have a presence on the field. Phil was one of the top coaches in the AFL, I believe the Crows would’ve won a flag in 16 or 17 with him as coach. Pyke is an ok coach, he’s way more Noel Craig than Malcom Blight.
