Sorry I beg to differ. Not sure if the one we, normal consumers have, are less shock-resistant. My screen cracked after suffering 1 drop from my stationary car. Not higher than 1.5m Yes, you can claim a one-time warranty for the screen and cover. But, a fee of RM 60 will be incurred. My advice is, do not overestimate the durability of the screen and cover. Certainly not what I am experiencing is nowhere near what I saw from all the videos I came across. I feel scammed😢
