I did this return journey September 24 - but I was travelling First Class which was pretty good overall. The flight is far too long to travel economy.

Very useful information if the time is tight for your connecting flight at Terminal 4 in Madrid and you don’t have even a minute’s time to be going the wrong way. Thanks to this video, I understand the layout & logic of the terminal and know to watch the colors to get to the right gate after arriving. Great stuff.

Nice airport review, the new large airport that will be built in Debre Zeit, Ethiopia outside Addis Abeba will be a world class airport making it very convenient for passengers.

Is a 55 mins layover enough to conduct all procedures for a transfer well in time?

What we saw in the video does not tally with your opinion. If you are confused by the clear indication of a signboard, it is not the airport's problem.

Addis Abeba, Ethiopia is NOT a bad place as you claimed, nothing is "confusing" as the gates and everythingthing in the airport are very well marked. Eventhough the english language is not official in Ethiopia, so many people do speak it.

Does Ethiopia have VISA on arrival?
@itsnever2faraway4804 ай бұрын
Hello, Many thanks for reaching out. In my case I was only transiting between international flights on a single ticket. I suggest you consult your airline to make sure you will be transported without a visa in the passport. Also, Ethiopian Airlines publish information about visa on arrival. You can search for their 'guideline to visa on arrival to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia'. Have a great trip and stay safe!
@bewketudegefaw69074 ай бұрын

Hi, enjoy your upcoming trip! The week after next I actually also fly to Johannesburg again, but this time via Doha... If you transit through ADD on two international flights without entering Ethiopia there is no transit visa needed.

Hi, I value opinions, and also yours. Your comment confuses me here, however. Crew were not good, period. The rest I really enjoyed and I said it clearly? (Legroom, FOOD, screen...) I do have videos full of praise and I do have videos where I express disappointment - as I experinece it and as I can compare when I fly many different airlines and see many different airports.
@muluabate42764 ай бұрын
You talk always negative .you need to go to around other countries and visit their plan.
@Mistermister-g8g3 ай бұрын
I heard him say, food was good, legroom was good, lots of movies, lots of other airlines should learn from them. Are these not positive enough for you? The only complaints I heard was about the crew. Is that negative? 🤔

You are not a positive person naturally.

Thank you for the review! I'm flying Munich-Seoul in Aug 2024 & curious how Lufthansa's service will be. From my past experience with LH longhaul, I can say I simply don't understand how Lufthansa can get a 4 star Skytrax rating. Other 4 star airlines include Emirates and China Airlines (Taiwan), and their food, entertainment & cabin experience is WAY ABOVE Lufthansa. What especially annoys me is LH's cost-cutting when it comes to drinks and meals (other airlines serve two warm meals + snacks in between). And the price policies, having to pay 100+ € (one way) for a 23 kg luggage on a long haul flight, and 38 € (per flight) for a NORMAL economy class seat reservation (not even extra leg room etc). Lufthansa, are you kidding me? All of that is included in other airline's economy class ticket. Flight booking experience with Lufthansa reminded me of Ryanair, whereas the price reminded me of Singapore Airlines. Something doesn't fit together here.

the vehicles are called “mobile Lounges” the mobile lounges were designed for the airport back then the concept of Dulles was to have all customers depart from the main terminal, and aircraft park away from the building.the flight would boarding into the mobile lounge and the passengers would be transported to the aircraft without having to walk for miles. the concept failed for obsvious reasons, and now the only use for the mobile lounges is for international arrivals and for traversing between the concourses.
