This is just my opinion but I feel like if NE gets Tee Higgins then they don't need McMillan because there's an overlap with both players and it will be hard to put then both in the field at the same time because they're both physical big body X WR's neither one runs below the 4.5. McMillan looks a bit faster than Higgins but still I don't think moving either one as a Z WR will be effective because they don't have the speed so NE will end up with a slow offense and that's not a good idea in this modern NFL.....if they get Higgins then they could get someone like Egbuka, Luther Burden or Jalen Royals to be the starting Z WR.
