buen dia. estoy haciendo un proyecto con un PLC-HMI KINCO para activar una salida PWM con una frecuencia de 20khezt y aunque en la simulación si activa el bloque de PWM, y utilizo los registro de periodo y ciclo útil al grabarlo la salida no me manda la frecuencia que necesito, solo funciona para frecuencias bajas, menores de 1khrz. como hago para activar para periodo en us y frecuencias altas?

Hello, I have a question regarding VNC I am using VNC to view the HMI from my phone and everything works correctly, but when I disconnect from VNC and connect after a few hours, the HMI stays offline and takes 3 or 4 minutes to connect to VNC again. Do you know why? Is there no way to always keep the HMI online?

There are 3 GL070E. One of them will be the master and the other two will be slaves. Slaves only copy the master. In other words, whatever happens to the master, the same will happen to the slaves. The slave will only monitor. Can you make a video about this or help?

hi! for me, in event display letters are smooth and nice, but in alarm display, they’re sort of pixelated and rough. readable, but clearly something’s wrong there. is it normal or am I missing something? I also noticed that if I remove background from the event display, letters become pixelated in there as well.

The DTOOLS software was updated to version 4.2.0 to use the email sending feature. Even following the step-by-step instructions shown in the video available on Kinco's You Tube account only works in the TEST function. When I use it for the screen shot it is not working. What would Kinco recommend to resolve this issue?
