The gungans had such good tactics for such limited technology, set up the shield generators so that the battle droids would have to march through the shield for combat, whilst a gungan shield wall would provide cover fire from the blasters. Though, I believe it was captain Tarpals who came up with that strategy, not Jar Jar. Captain Tarpals was a good character and it was a shame to see him die in the Clone Wars. You don't realize how good a character he is until he was killed.

My favorite tidbit of lore about Star Wars is that Vader was basically a myth throughout the Empire's rule. If you were Imperial you at least knew about him somewhat and only learned more as you got promotions. But those on the outside barely knew who Vader was and if he was even real, only from stories did people learn about him and the stories were hard to believe at best. So Ezra and Kanan's reaction is insanely cool. Even Ahsoka herself had to piece together Vader first then realize that it was actually Anakin. Darth Vader was truly terrifying.

I dont know if this was intentional, but every time their lightsabers clashed, it looked like Ashoka's lightsabers became green again, as if each clash brought back her old self from the clone wars.
