I would add that the espflasher is deprecated and tasmota web flasher is the recommended tool now. If everything goes well you can flash the device from the web browser and it gives you a handy dialog afterwards to connect the device to wifi. So you can skip the step of connecting to the temp wifi via your phone. The dialog didn't always appear but maybe I was doing something wrong there. I still had to manually power cycle for one device and use the phone but for the other it worked fine.

You don't specify which flash file to download. You just brush past it in the video and tell us to look at the link but the link is just a general link. It might seem obvious but I've tried tasmota32.bin and tasmota32.factory.bin and neither work. I can flash both to the device but it just spews out errors when it boots up.

Once developed you can make it auto started, I had made an video around it sometime back, will check and share the pink. If you want hot loading, not sure if anything exists, else u can use a shell script to check if jar has changed and rerun the new jar, might be possible.

Let me know if it helps, 1. Set up a mqtt broker, may be mosquitto or something else. Probably should use Docker 2. Subscribing to topics from Node-RED would be the same as I have shared in the earlier video. 3. now from topics you can store data to InfluxDB using Node-RED. I have that in a video as well. hmm how about uninstall and the list of installed packages on the board i mean like there is nothing pointing out the importent things we need like how to interact with old packages? for example i wanna install picoweb and i cant do it with this at the moment how to make those compatible and so on

Your detection method is good, however the decode python script will grab from http (or mqtt, interestingly) and generate json. It would be more direct to use that functionality.

With TTN max they allow is uplink of 30 secs, you can either cache the data locally and send at certain interval planned, or may be the enterprize version allow more airtime. I think you may set up your own LoraWAN network server.

You need to use a AV to HDMI/VGA converter, depending upon the one supported by your display device. Need to check on the latest Lubuntu Release for OPI Zero, You can find other OSes here: www.orangepi.org/html/hardWare/computerAndMicrocontrollers/service-and-support/Orange-Pi-Zero-LTS.html
