@@BIGFRANKOL75 do wall pushups or knee pushups for the start, for the sit ups just go as far up as possible, idk the whole situation about your ankles so I can't help with that, are they injured or what do you mean by "bad ankles"

You have to be careful with that as well. Sometimes, what they do is the front, and they will, at some point, tattle on themselves. Also, people may actually be better than how they are currently acting. Nobody is perfect. You have to see how easy it is for others to pressure them to leave their morals or how they act when nobody is looking

I would say it’s more a temporary fixation than hyper focus… and the fixation fizzles away .. hence 90% of what I do gets 80% completed, then it’s on to the next thing that I feel like doing that day.. it comes and goes… but the consequences of inaction get me to complete things I have to do.. so we can do things we don’t want but it’s such a drain on our mental life it’s like we are swimming against the current while everyone else is flowing with it.. it’s not our excuse it’s our reality.. I didn’t ask for this

I've found that being an adult prevents me from focusing as someone always needs something from me and care not about my neeed to be focused.

This makes it sound like it’s something enjoyable that gets hyperfocus. That’s not it. It’s something your brain enjoys. For me, that can be countless hours of sorting and organizing and charting things in minute detail. Need recommended reading for 10th graders organized by lexile? I’ve got that. Need every company with even the remotest connection to this other company you want to boycott? I’ve got that too. It’s not fun like some commenters are imagining.

I have the hardest time doing anything, but when I find something that i really really really like, its not that i can really focus on it like everyone else... No, i will hyper focus on it even if i dont want to, i cant control it, I will have it in my mind all day, week, month... Its all that my mind will think about, 24/7, until it doesnt feel new and interesting anymore and i go from 100% to 0% interest on it in a day, burnout, I cant control what I hyperfocus on, if i did, id be a superhuman of extensive knowledge, because what I hyperfocus on... Give me one week and i will learn whatever that thing is about and deeply understanding it, without any effort. Sadly, it usually happens when videogames or things that are irrelevant to make money or better my life considerably. I love to hyperfocus, its like a natural drug, id be in a cloud for a really long time, the sad thing is that id also ignore whatever else exists, just to focus on it all day long.
