Shift tapping is good until you get sticky keys.

You're the reason shift tapping tech will be gone. (what he's doing in the video is spamming shift, shift tapping is to run for a bit then stop to save stamina before running again in small doses, an example is just running till you lost 10 stamina, wait to regen it then go again, it won't help in chases, but helps you get into chases with more stamina)
