I'll be y'all's friend! I'm not always on. But if you see me, I've a table I set out specifically to chat with nonfriends. I typically try and chat with people I run realms with by accident! A friend I see every so often, we were at Granny's together for dinner, then ran Vault together. We don't play together always, but it's nice to see her on now and again. Even in the beginning, I would make friends with people and they would just never be on. I have a moth from my moth days, 3 years ago, who hasn't been on since. She sits in my friends list, and I still send her light. Just cause people aren't there, doesn't mean we don't care 💜

Ik this was uploaded a while ago LMAO but i kinda feel this. I used to play back in 2020 and had a huuuge group of friends, and we would play EVERY DAY since there was nothing else for us to do. It was pretty fun. I got burnt out and stopped playing around 2022 but just got back into the game a few weeks ago. However, none of those friends play anymore. At first it was lonely for sure. Going places i remember my friends and i loved hanging out at and seeing it empty. Seeing my friend constellation unlit and nobody online. but im kinda of embracing the quietness i guess?? Sky is more like my downtime now after socializing with people irl all day. Its nice to just sit and listen to the music and nature sounds. Im like a wistful grandpa now LMAOO Ive met a few new people but the friendships never last lol i havent spoken to them since we met. My friends from 2020 have all moved on to better things and i hope theyre doing well

I prefer the solitude. It's fun to make a temporary friend for whatever reason, never actually say a word to them, then never see them again. Gave me the best moment in Eden when me and a couple others were all new (no seasonal stuff) and we all didn't know the spoiler. A lot of hiding and quivering (I made it farthest and longest woo)

I feel exactly like this, I don't like being SO alone and without anyone, I don't like having to spend literally 30 minutes to open a simple door and I don't like that my only reason for opening the game is to complete missions and not to play with someone

As a solo player and a vet i can say its lonely but also peaceful. Sense i play by myself most of the time i dont need to worry about others especially sense i spend most of my time playing marco polo with krills in the golden wasteland. Or im the player thaf will just rise from the ground infront of you.... (I go OBB a lot..)

I lost my first sky acc... I had a friend on it, her name was Siroanco (at least that was she asked me to call her) back in 2021, she was like a mentor and a mom to me, she intoduced me to sky, we did almost everything together, i wouldn't play if she wasn't there and i even started to learn japanese for her! but i lost my account and her, i'm looking for her, i hope she's okay and i didn't hurted her "dissepearing" like that....

as a solo player, i only have light buddies. i have a lot of moths on my constellations, but i don’t wanna block them in case they start playing actively and notice i’m not there. like imagine if the way i was or looked really sticks out to a moth and suddenly i’m not on their friend list? i doubt it would happen but it makes me sad to think about haha

I adore being a solo player! I love my lonely and don't need someone to candle or wing run bc I always been alone sine I started as a moth, no one helped me and that's ok, I don't feel sad for it, and also if I have the chance to make friends or play with them I'll always prefer playing alone, everything it's calm and peaceful, no need to rush anything

I have played sky for 3 years, being solo is lonely, but i became pretty numb now actually, but now i kinda hate people so yeah. irl i don't have a lot of friends, so i kinda got used to it

I started off playing with a friend, she eventually quit playing because of device and storage issues, so i quit too, after a few years i randomly decided to check out the game again and i’ve been loving it, but it pains me everytime i check my friends list and see that no one is online, I do have friends on my friends list but they rarely play, and even if they did play as often as I did, I’m terrible at 1 on 1 conversations, so I wouldn’t be able to maintain a bond with them Just know that even though you are a solo player, you are not alone in the feelings you have ❤

I never truly felt lonely in mmo as I always a lone wolf until I had to do fire trial by myself. The darkness and the void ambient.....oof really made me hope I wasnt alone. Though I ended up learning the tricks to do the fire trial as solo so I wouldnt spend too long in it
