i got the machine for christmas and i think my machine is faulty because when i do the stitches, at the back there is only loops, like they’re not even connected. It’s just loops

I prefer Van Gogh, it has Payne's gray which is super important as I am not into mixing it all the time while there is, almost no use, white in a pallete. Also everything rattles in W&N and you need to glue pans with double glued tape under... while Van Gogh is firm and has more space and double space for mixing and better brush.. buuut!!.. I have this set and still love it. Some colours are better then in other sets, for some applications, and I just got rid of white and filled with Payne's gray from Van Gogh which is anyway better then W&N's one. I found use for that small brush as I hot A6 Hahnemühle 200g/m² sketchbook. Also added some sponge next to the brush 😂
