I have a tank that is not showing values. Checked all the wiring and they are all good. When I do the simulation test with hart communicator I can see the value showing on the HMI but when we fill the tank with water it does not show. I change the level transmitter to a new one and I can’t see anything. Please do you think the card calibration can fix it ?
