So, Course of Action I follows. Course of Action II: The statement says that the Finance Ministry must pay interest for the delay. However, according to Section 244A, interest is not payable in all cases (e.g., if the refund is less than 10% of tax payable). Since the course of action suggests a blanket rule that must be applied to all taxpayers, it is not entirely correct. What do u say ? Still both 1 and 2 are correct ? Or only 1 correct Here they mentioned "must" should give the interest
