6:08 i'm kinda half-watching half-listening to this in the middle of the night while waiting for something to update, getting all cozy in my bed in the dark, thinking about other things, and that roar scared the SHIT out of me i deadass thought i was about to die for a second

I have had a worse experience, for started I had the deaf mode, which gave more obvious visual cues for entities, and I was around 36-38 in the blood red lights maintenance tunnels, and I got to a point that I was at a room, and noticed the lights flicker, so I assumed it was the angler guy (at the time still new to the game) so I wait for the screen to flash white, while waiting in the locker..but there was silence..then a screech, and he appeared, at first I thought it was the angler, till pandemonium stopped at my locker and his soundtrack started playing, and he was screeching at me, (I had my tv at 9 volume) and it was so loud, then I saw the mini game, I was on console so I had to use my right joystick, and the sensitivity just cranked up (prob so it was possible to beat) but pandemonium suddenly started doing the slamming on the locker, and he was doing it so relentlessly, I couldn’t even last a few seconds before he jump scared me, thankfully I had tried the no png jump scare setting, because if I had it there, I would’ve had a heart attack, my heartbeat was going crazy and I felt like I almost had a panic attack, all the build up and the sheer fear he brings already, the ambience and lighting, then just the sudden panic and fear of me seeing him absolutely terrified me to the core..

that chase with both thing and ringu was _terrifying_ holy shit
