That's funny now. :) Did you prime the filter? Turn ignition on and off two three times and crank the engine until it will start. Also observe the pump noise when you turn ignition on.

And they yoused to do this on america with quality american made parts , then china took over and the manufactures had to move elswhere because of regulation . Parts became more expensive because of constant failure. Taxes got higher, and the polaticians were more emboldem and citizens wound up in jail. Am i wrong , prove it

Did anyone else notice no gasket or rtv on reassembly? Its gonna leak like a seive. And yes, also all the hammering looks like something not right.

Look again slowly, the gasket you can see(black colour) it is not hammer It's mallet, it was because of the bearing fitting.

Brother would fuel filter being clogged would it stop the pump from working? The car isn't starting I cannot hear the fuel pump at all.

Hello brother, I never had such experience. Even if the fuel filter is clogged the fuel pump must turn when you turn on the ignition. Have an inspection, start from the fuses and followed by fuel relay. If the vehicle has more than 200,000 km check fuel pump itself.

You can use multimeter for fuses so that you won't need to remove fuse, For relay use a 9V small battery.

Those rings are like cork and bottleneck, it works based on friction.

@@MechanicAnoop I don't think its going to harden the metal from just torching it just to get the metal to expand the bearing. You would have to get the metal up to 800C or 900C for that to happen.

Valve seal fitting protector sleeves. Without this valve seal would be damaged when sliding through the valve stem.
