@22:25 That's actually a really astute question. I've owned the original FoodCycler FC-50 for several years now and can attest that feeding it primarily starches and sugars is a really bad idea. Those starches will break down in the heat of the vessel into sugars, which will eventually break down further into a viscous caramel/carbon concoction that will quickly gum up the motor and halt the process. The only way to free the blade afterward is to try to dissolve that sugar with boiling water. Not a fun time. I've found the more effective method of handling such food waste is to feed it to a thermophilic aerobic digester like the Reencle Prime. Actually, the FoodCycler in combination with the Reencle is an excellent synergy in that the FoodCycler rapidly breaks down larger material that would normally take much longer for the Reencle to decompose. You end up with a nice, fluffy humus in hours rather than days. For tougher bones, I like to include my Instant Pot pressure cooker. I fill the pot with water just above the height of the bones and run it on maximum pressure for 4 hours (the maximum duration my unit will run a cycle). After drying them in my toaster oven @ 350°F for about just as long, the bones are friable enough to powderize in my Blendtec blender. The bone meal is then also added to the Reencle. It adds a nice phosphorus boost to the soil amendment.

Giving interviews to Tapinto and Berkeley Heights community watch where she loves to talk about #transparency and accountability? Would love to hear her response on spending thousands of dollars on partisan campaign flyers using her official title. Is sending flyers using her official title allowed? Most importantly who spent the money on the unethical flyers?

The Berkeley Heights Police Department is an amazing asset to our community. It is disheartening to hear them be accused of misconduct because someone didn’t get their way. This town does an abysmal job of electing public officials.

I am an administrator at the school to which Ritu's son attends. I have consistently found her to be a caring, compassionate, and honest person while being a fierce advocate for equitable and respectful behavior between community members. Ritu has been a tremendous partner with the school both specifically for her son and for the greater good of the community. I have found that taking the time to listen to her perspective has broadened my perspective and that I'm a better person for having met and interacted with her. I would highly recommend that the council leadership also take the time to listen and empathize; it'll only be to your benefit.

Mr. Mitzner should be relieved of his duties just for his opinion that this “wasn’t that bad because the slur didn’t apply to her.” This shows a complete ignorance and almost an acceptance of racism in his eyes.

What happened to Ritu is horrible. Town leaders should be concerned and want to defend residents who have been treated with such bigotry. Absolutely shameful.

*STOP DELETING MY COMMENT. This is the 5th time I’ve posted this! I am Ritu Chandra, the victim of the Asian Hate incident who speaks at this meeting. I speak first followed by many other concerned residents. At 1:52.44 is when the last person speaks on my behalf and the citizen's portion is closed. At 2:09.25 the addresses the residents who spoke out for me and refers to me as "The Person Who Gave the Statement" instead of using my name. Totally demeaning and a microagression since not only am I the the victim of an asian hate incident in her town, I’m her neighbor and campaigned for her.

So all of your rallies and lawn signs were just performative then? The issue with Ritu Chandra, a minority resident arises and all of a sudden you can't help? Mayor Angie Devanney and the Berkeley Heights Town Council support racism
