Think this is the issue with my i10- lights came on at the same time as I'd noticed the OSR wheel binding like crazy and the handbrake not working. I replaced the pads and discs all 4 corners as they needed done but realised the OSR caliper was past it(what a job screwing the piston back in) so today replaced both the calipers on the rear. No way of checking to see what the diagnostic info would be though for the fault, though all the grief has come from that side so it seems likely to be the hub assembly needing replaced, but I cannot be sure so not stabbing in the dark- and it's due the MOT in 2 months may just wait until that... Would have been good to see what the diagnostics did to pinpoint the exact bit that had failed!

Thanks for this video. I’ll be replacing the brake pads shortly. Ordered brake pads on Amazon already. Looks like most others use a torque wrench to tighter the caliper bolts to the correct specification.

Wow i have a Aerodeck from 2000 Left steering but my OBD Port isn't there 😅 i got a Airbag Light on and i dont want to remove the full dashboard just to find out it was something tiny

That's handbrake cable adjustment which should be done after adjusting the shoes... Any guide on the shoes?!

Very good to know what the diagnosis was on that machine. I’m taking my Hyundai car to the garage on Thursday because the ABS light stays on.

someone has cut a hole through the carpet and run their own wiring to your obd2 socket? maybe they used the 3 pin connector with k-line signal ? definately NO obd2 connector anywhere on my 1998 civic ek3!!! but you can get special obd2 scanners that read/write the k-line wire. (ELM327 does not do it) what scanner are you using?

If that helps, somewhere in the comments of a honda diagnostics video commented that in fact european model of 96-00 apparently didn’t have obd yet

Did you have to remove any brake fluid from the rear master cylinder? I recently did a bike where the pistons wouldn't fully release because there was too much fluid. The bike had had a brake fluid flush done when the pads were low so pushing the pistons back in led to too much fluid.

You are going to need to dismantle the whole thing take it off is what I did first time around both cables had snapped, it’s a pain and pretty awkward and heavy

Very helpful videos 👌🏼 Hi, can i please ask you about my Hyundai matrix 05. 1.5 diesel. My electric windows won't work. I know the fuse needs to be chaned because every other day the windows start to work for a few minutes then cut out again. The problem is i don't know where the fuse is located. I am not working at the moment, so i can't go to the mechanic. I'm not sure if you're familiar with the 2005 model, do you know where it's located in the car? Thanks in advance!

Hi sandy it won’t be a fuse problem it could be switch,motor or wiring suggest finding a auto electrician. Good luck regards

It could also be stuck on for other reasons. You can screw a slide hammer into the wheel nut holes

There IS a torque setting for the hub nut! On my Corsa it is 175 newton metres. I suggest people check the figure for their own car in case it is different.

Hi that’s a real old one, some early models had them up behind the front mudguard or at the rear on the frame
