@@viikramm36555 you need to first find out the root cause. Is it scoliosis or curvature on the spine, is it hip misalignment, ligaments issue, fracture, is it problem on the foot or ankle or muscle imbalance. You need to see a healthcare practitioner to do the assessment.

@@downs3627 BPPV exercises, such as the Epley or Brandt-Daroff maneuvers, are generally designed to relieve symptoms by repositioning the small calcium crystals (canaliths) in your inner ear. However, it's possible to feel worse temporarily after performing these exercises because they can provoke dizziness and vertigo during or immediately after the maneuvers. This temporary worsening of symptoms is normal for some people as the crystals are moving, and the brain is adjusting to the changes in the inner ear. In most cases, this discomfort improves over time as the exercises help reduce the frequency and severity of vertigo episodes. If your symptoms worsen significantly or persist long after doing the exercises, it might be a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider to ensure you're doing the exercises correctly and to rule out other underlying issues.

Medication - While medications won’t cure BPPV, they may be used short-term to relieve severe nausea or motion sickness caused by vertigo. Common medications include antihistamines** (like meclizine), *benzodiazepines**, or **antiemetics** to manage symptoms. 3. Surgery (in rare cases) - If BPPV persists despite other treatments, surgery may be considered as a last resort. A **posterior canal occlusion** surgery can block the part of the inner ear causing the vertigo. Balance Training - In some cases, people with chronic vertigo may benefit from exercises that focus on improving balance and coordination, which can help prevent falls and reduce the risk of injury during episodes. It’s important to consult with a healthcare provider to determine which treatment is most suitable for your specific case.

It is typically performed on both sides coz BPPV can affect both ears. Unless specifically instructed by your healthcare provider to focus on one side, it is important to follow their guidance.

All you said was yes it works. You never gave any explanation on how it reduces or fixes anything, just yeah it work. What makes acupressure bring down fevers? Can you give any evidence instead of outright validating a basis with no facts. How does one point relieve things compared to other points? Why not just take advil? Seems like pseudoscience bs.

After 5 days there should be improvement. If no improvement therapist can find out the root cause of the problem. It is impingement of the nerve in the hand, tight muscles due to bad posture on the shoulders.
