Didn't know the Bayeux Tapestry was copied in Victorian times. Although a copy, it has some minor changes explained here, so that makes it similar or close. No explanation on what the Victorians used to copy, in the way of visual guidance.

I've got some footage of the 1972 reading festival and some footage of the Butt's centre office block on fire the same year. Also various steam fairs, the Thames and much more. How do I send you a copy for your records. It was originally on super 8 but was transfered to dvd in the early 90s Email?

Yes and Lebanon had a culturally enriched / diverse population during the 1960's (a melting pot of cultures) - Beirut was the Paris of the Middle East, liberal and technologically advanced. Now part of a war zone - history never follows a linear path however much central planners might wish it to be. Shame neo-liberals don't look into net energy assessment to history (briefly mentioned in this video), as what made Reading grow and advance in the past could also lead to it's long term decline (complexity requires more energy and resources), a population that responds to change quickly, can decay quickly too as capital switches quickly elsewhere. Only see problems ahead for Reading. Good video.

Reading can barely cope with its current population evident in Long GP waiting times, traffic, pollution & lack of school spaces to name a few by 2050 itl really be make or break time. A definite eye opener and discussion starting film
