Yes you may. This collision occurred behind the Carrabba's Restaurant in Cape Coral, Florida at the intersection of Skyline Blvd and SW 4th Street. After the accident I was sighted as being at fault. After Cape Coral Police reviewed the dashcam video all charges regarding any responsibility on my part for the collision were dismissed by the 12th Circuit Court.
