Hello sir, I am very curious about this. Is there a need to load any bootloader for the Esp32-C3 MCU chip in this design of yours? das ist ja sowas von genial, leider fehlt mir die komplette ausrüstung so etwas zu bauen und vermutlich auch die programmierkentniss, ich habe ja schon mit einem stremsensor am ESp für homeassistant meine probleme. aber das teil ist genial. wenn er noch einer person die ein signal aussendet folgen würde wäre das ein super spielzeug für jede party :) den 👍👍👍👍👍 hast du dir wahrlich verdient

Have you made a "hub" ESP device, which could have a good 2.4ghz antenna, and receive ESP-NOW messages from other more portable devices?

How are you reflowing the opposing side without losing parts from the top? That bare board is creating enuf isolation that the top doesn’t flow? I recently tried just setting boards on a PID controlled hot plate at 245C and they flow inside of 20-30 seconds tops then slide them off and they cool on a granite cutting board. Definitely violates any reflow profile in the sense of ramp time…prob not the best thing but it works. I wouldn’t shoot the result into orbit but for simple non mission critical stuff it works.

The cheapest way is ordering stencil together with the PCB. It's few dollars, and it's steel and it's reusable and it's much more precise than laser cut plastic tape.
