It can work for pu vinyl and silk screen too...but I suggest dont use thinner directly ..you should watch my other videos before trying using thinner. Safest way is by using boiling soap water

No way to remove the shadow that I know. Dont expect perfect result from every removal work. Youre fortunate if you can remove the old nameset without damaging the kit. The new numbers? Ive mentioned it in the video
