did you unseal the bms before disassembly? I am currently playing around with making something like this but I don't want to brick another chip. I bricked a BQ9003 chip in the dji mini 2 bms by doing this and I don't want to brick another chip.

Yes, I did the unseal before removing the BMS board and reprogramming it

how many mah battery are you using?

i used 3000mah and i get 27-30 minutes flight time ,, if battery up to 3500mah i don't recomend,, because above that the drone will get hot

di lepas saja cell dan BMS boardnya ,, lebih baik di program ulang dataflashnya beserta lifetimenya ,, lepas mainboard beresiko kena lock jadi harus punya software beserta dongle program bmsnya
